    Hey everyone! šŸ‘‹

So, we’re in those exciting early days of building our startup. I bet many of you can relate to the rollercoaster of emotions, right? One thing we’re quickly realizing is how feedback is important. Those words of wisdom can really steer us to where we’re headed.

I’m super curious – how do you folks go about asking for and using feedback? Got any do’s, don’ts, or “I wish I knew that earlier” moments?

Oh, and by the way, if any of you are up for testing what we are working on, slide into my DMs! A little community support goes a long way.

When it comes to the do’s and don’ts, as the old cliche goes, ” Time is money.” As a founder I think it’s important to understand when to delegate work to other members of the of the team or vendors. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on what you are good at and getting help on other things is a competitive advantage.

Feedback is critical, you are guaranteed to make your mistakes, but there are some mistakes that have already been made by others and you can just learn from it, you dont have to make every mistake yourself.
The biggest tip for a start up in my opinion is knowing how to research. You dont to have all the answers, but if you know who or where to go to for answers, you will almost always win.
